Northern Psychiatric Associates is a
professional and friendly mental health facility
nestled in the heart of Baxter's newer medical
complex. We provide flexible schedules, a
friendly work environment and considerate staff.
Northern Psychiatric
Associates is currently looking for qualified
psychologists and psychiatric nurse
practitioners to join our practice. We offer a
complete benefit package to include health,
dental, paid malpractice with tail, and in-house
billing services. Our practitioners enjoy
complete autonomy over their schedule and a
generous compensation package. Our compensation
package includes a reasonable base salary plus
production bonus. Our production is paid
monthly. Our employees enjoy an outstanding
support staff and dedicated office space that
they do not share with other clinicians. All
equipment, testing materials, office supplies
and support services are provided.
Our
facility was newly renovated in March 2007. We
utilize a state-of-the-art electronic medical
record system that utilizes voice dictation. Our
psychologists enjoy a steady flow of in-house
referrals from our psychiatric practitioner’s
busy practice in addition to readily available
consultation with them.
The
qualified candidate will bring a valid Minnesota
license along with an ability to work with a
very diverse population and a collegial group of
excellent clinicians. High quality care is of
utmost importance and clinicians wanting to run
patients through as fast as possible need not
apply. Our vision is to be the clinic of choice
in the Brainerd Lakes area.
